Welcome, I’m Jody Wassel
Certified Professional ADHD and Neurodivergent Career Coach.
I support adults, seniors, entrepreneurs, and TBI survivors in building clarity, structure, and sustainable momentum.
I didn’t always know I had ADHD. It took a traumatic brain injury to bring that reality into focus. What I once chalked up to being intense, forgetful, or scattered finally made sense — and so did the relief that followed. My coaching blends clarity and strategic thinking, grounded in mutual respect and real-world experience. I work with clients who are ready to move forward but may feel stuck, frustrated, or unsure of how to begin.

Growing up, I never knew anything was different about me. Raised by parents who were passionate about art education, I was encouraged to learn through creativity, self-expression, exploration and “My own way”. Little did I know, these early experiences would shape not only my approach to life, but also my understanding of the beautiful and unique minds we all possess.
Now, armed with my own journey of discovery and a new-found understanding of ADHD, I'm on a mission to help others like you explore your own ways of adapting and thriving with this special brain of ours.
As your coach, I can support you on your ADHD journey. Together, we can work on improving your time management, organization skills, goal-setting abilities, and project completion. We can explore how ADHD can impact your life and develop strategies to overcome challenges while leveraging your strengths effectively. I can help you set realistic expectations and enhance self-awareness for personal growth.
My passion lies in guiding individuals to discover their unique strengths and talents, embracing their ADHD as a source of creativity, innovation, and resilience. Together, let's embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment.
