Who I Coach…

I coach men with diagnosed, undiagnosed, or suspected ADHD at every stage of adult life, including:

  • Young adults adjusting to independence and life after school

  • Men diagnosed later in life who want to understand themselves differently

  • Professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs experiencing overwhelm or burnout

  • Men navigating relationships, parenthood, career changes, relocation, or retirement

  • Seniors seeking greater structure, engagement, and purpose

  • Creative men who feel stuck or unsure how to move their ideas forward

  • Men who want to rebuild confidence, strengthen self-trust, and move toward the life they want

ADHD Coaching for Men

Together, we can explore how ADHD affects your daily life and discover approaches that work with your brain. Coaching can help you:

  • Understand how ADHD shows up in your work, relationships, and routines

  • Recognize and build upon your natural strengths

  • Create realistic systems for planning, organization, and follow-through

  • Improve time awareness and support working memory

  • Manage overwhelm and competing priorities

  • Strengthen emotional regulation and flexible thinking

  • Reconnect with your interests, motivation, and sense of purpose

  • Build confidence and trust in yourself

  • Move forward with greater clarity and less stress

ADHD + TBI Support

ADHD and traumatic brain injury can overlap in meaningful ways. Research has found that adults with a history of TBI are more than twice as likely to report ADHD symptoms. In one adult study, 5.9% of people with a lifetime TBI reported an ADHD diagnosis, while 6.6% screened positive for current ADHD. Researchers also recognize that the relationship can work in both directions: ADHD may increase the risk of injury, while a TBI can intensify existing ADHD challenges or create similar difficulties with attention and executive function

  • Understand how ADHD and TBI may be affecting your daily life

  • Recognize neuroplasticity—the brain’s capacity to adapt, learn, and develop new pathways

  • Use repetition and consistent practice to strengthen helpful routines

  • Adjust to changes in attention, memory, planning, or emotional regulation

  • Create external supports that make remembering and following through easier

  • Explore new approaches to tasks that once felt more automatic

  • Work with your current abilities while encouraging continued growth

  • Reduce frustration and self-judgment during the adjustment process

  • Rebuild confidence, self-trust, and a sense of possibility

  • Move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding
