ADHD After a Brain Injury

Coaching for adults whose ADHD has changed after a brain injury

Maybe you already knew you had ADHD — but since your injury, everything feels more intense. Rumination, negative self-talk, memory loss, getting lost in overwhelm, to name a few.

Or maybe you never had ADHD symptoms before, and now you do — it's more common than people think.

Either way, here's the real challenge: your brain may have healed, but learning to live with your new brain is its own journey.

I built this coaching practice because I've lived it

My Story

I'm a TBI survivor of over 10 years.

After my injury, I had to rebuild my executive function and memory  abilities almost from scratch — using brain plasticity practice, technology, and sheer persistence.

It worked. Now I help others do the same.

How I Help

One-on-one coaching designed to help you build  practical structures and strategies  around how your changed brain and it works now

Practical brain plasticity techniques I used in my own recovery

A coach who's actually lived this, not just studied
